Alexis Morgan is a member of the Dignity Politics team, bringing experience in public policy, education, and community engagement to Dignity.Us. Alexis served four years on the Lewiston School Board, and currently serves as Director of Public Policy for Idaho PTA. She has moderated statewide town halls and remains active in efforts to strengthen civic and community connection. Alexis began her career as a history and geography teacher and holds a master’s degree in Adult Organizational Learning & Leadership, with graduate research focused on overcoming community incivility through heart-centered communication. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and Administration at Boise State University, where her research focuses on collaborative governance.
Outside of her work with Dignity.Us, Alexis is the host of The Purple Zone podcast and a regular contributor to The Ranch Podcast, where she helps listeners understand public policy through multiple perspectives. She and her husband, Clinton, are the parents of four children and live in Idaho, where they enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
