Through in-person and virtual speaking engagements, facilitated workshops, web-based training, and tools for practical application, we help organizations foster an environment of dignity that leads to enhanced productivity, increased employee engagement and better communication.

OFFERINGS

Speaking Engagements
Presentations given by Dignity Index founders and senior staff as introductions to the Index and concepts.

In-Person and Virtual Training
Expert-led workshops and training for elected officials, political and administrative staff, local officials, and leaders curated for your team.

Community Support
By identifying and connecting UNITE to key state stakeholders, elected officials and governors can support momentum building in other communities within their state and local areas, including corporate leaders, institutions of Higher Education, K-12 public education, and other community groups.

Tools and Consultation
Ongoing support and tools from the UNITE team for sustained practice.
