David Witt is a Program Associate for the Dignity Index, where he supports the development of the annual report on dignity, the Dignity Leadership Summit, and data collection efforts. He was involved in the Dignity Index pilot project and has professional experience in the nonprofit and mental health sectors, focusing on crisis response, youth support, community impact, and international initatives. He holds a Master of Public Administration and a double major in Peace and Conflict Studies and International Relations from the University of Utah. Rooted in his personal mantra—"Empower yourself, your community, then the world"—he believes that the principles of the Dignity Index empower himself and others by fostering constructive dialogue and promoting positive societal change.
David enjoys exploring other countries and spending time outdoors with his fiancé and their two dogs.
